Frequently asked questions
How does WordCross work?
Select a Turkish clue or a crossword entry, then enter the English answer using the in-game keyboard. Complete all six connected words to finish the level.
Do I need an account?
No. The current version is designed to work without account registration. Progress is generally stored locally on your device.
Why did my progress disappear?
Local progress may be removed if the App is deleted, app data is cleared, the device is reset, or you move to another device. Cloud synchronization is not promised unless explicitly shown in the App.
How do hints work?
Hints may be purchased with in-game coins or obtained through an optional rewarded advertisement, depending on the feature shown in your version.
Why is an advertisement unavailable?
Ad availability depends on your connection, region, privacy choices, provider inventory, device, and age-related settings. A rewarded ad cannot always be guaranteed.
I found a wrong clue or answer. What should I send?
Email the level number, clue text, expected answer, app version, and a screenshot if possible. This helps us fix the level quickly.
How can I change my ad privacy choice?
Use the privacy or consent option inside the App when available. You can also review your iOS or Android privacy and advertising settings. Contact us if the option is missing.
How do I request deletion of data?
WordCross currently has no account system. You can remove locally stored progress by uninstalling the App or clearing its data. For analytics, crash, or advertising-related privacy requests, email us with enough technical detail to evaluate the request.
Is WordCross an official language certificate?
No. WordCross is an educational puzzle game and does not provide a CEFR certificate, exam result, or guaranteed learning outcome.
