Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Smart File Inbox mobile application ("the App") operated by SF Mob ("we", "us", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access or use the App.

2. Description of Service

Smart File Inbox is a file management application that allows you to:

• Save files from other apps using the iOS Share Extension
• Automatically categorize files (PDFs, Images, Documents, Archives)
• Create custom folders to organize files
• Search for files by name
• Share files with other apps
• Set temporary files that auto-delete
• Use Smart Clean to manage storage
• Protect your files with a password

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• All files you save, store, or share using the App
• Ensuring you have the right to save and use any files
• Maintaining the security of your device and any passwords you set
• Backing up your files (the App stores files locally and we cannot recover lost data)

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the App to:

• Store, share, or distribute illegal content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Store malicious software or files intended to harm others
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Purchases and Payments

5.1 Free Version

The App offers a free version with limited features, including a limit on the number of files you can store.

5.2 Pro (Lifetime Purchase)

Smart File Inbox Pro is a one-time purchase that unlocks additional features including:

• Unlimited file storage
• Instant search functionality
• Smart Clean wizard
• Storage insights
• Temporary file mode
• Unopened files view
• Password protection
• Batch operations

5.3 Payment

The Pro purchase is a one-time payment processed through your Apple ID account. Payment will be charged at confirmation of purchase. This is not a subscription and does not renew.

5.4 Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy. Contact Apple Support for refund requests.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding user files), is owned by SF Mob and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the App.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SF Mob shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or files
• Loss of profits or revenue
• Device damage
• Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the App

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SF Mob from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or by updating this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SF Mob operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
