1. Data controller
This Privacy Policy explains in general terms how your personal data is processed when you visit the zenbyte.app website or contact us. It does not cover our mobile apps: each app has its own privacy policy. The data controller is:
ZenByte Dijital Teknolojiler Ltd. Şti.
- Address: İçerenköy Mah. Topçu İbrahim Sk. Quick Tower No: 8-10D Ataşehir/İstanbul
- Email: info@zenbyte.app
- Website: zenbyte.app
Our notice under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") is our KVKK Information Notice. Information about cookies is in our Cookie Policy.
2. Data we process
- The information you send us through the contact form or by email (such as your name, email address and message).
- Technical information that the server records automatically for the site to work and stay secure (such as IP address, browser information and time of visit).
- Only if you consent, usage information collected with analytics cookies.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process your personal data to answer your questions and requests, to assess app acquisition and partnership requests, to keep the site running securely, to meet our legal obligations and, if you consent, to improve the site. This processing relies on the legal grounds in the KVKK and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR): steps towards a contract, legal obligations, legitimate interests and, where needed, your consent. We do not sell your personal data or use it for advertising.
Web analytics (Google Analytics 4, through Google Tag Manager) runs only if you consent in the cookie banner; without consent it is not loaded. The standalone app microsites on our domain do no measurement.
4. Transfers
Your personal data may be transferred, only as far as necessary, to email, hosting and form service providers, to a web analytics provider only if you consent, and to competent public authorities when the law requires it. Some of our service providers may have servers abroad; in that case personal data is transferred in line with the KVKK provisions on transfers abroad.
5. Retention
We keep your personal data for as long as the purpose requires and for the periods set by law. Correspondence is kept for 2 years from the last message. Data whose period has ended is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
6. Your rights
Your rights under KVKK Article 11 (such as access to your data, correction or deletion, and objection) and how to apply are explained in our KVKK Information Notice. If the GDPR applies to you, you can use your GDPR rights the same way and complain to your local data protection authority. You can send requests to info@zenbyte.app or in writing to the address above. You can withdraw your consent to analytics cookies at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.
7. Security and changes
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data. We may update this policy; the current version and its last-updated date are always published on this page.
