KVKK Information Notice

1. Data controller

This notice is the English version of our Turkish KVKK Aydınlatma Metni. Under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), it explains how your personal data is processed when you visit the zenbyte.app website, use the contact form or email us. If the two versions differ, the Turkish version prevails. The data controller is:

2. Personal data we process

Identity (name), contact details (email address), the content of your message, transaction security data (such as IP address and server logs) and, only if you consent, web analytics data. Please do not share special categories of personal data with us.

3. Purposes

• Answering questions and requests and communicating with you,
• assessing app acquisition and partnership requests,
• running the site and keeping it secure,
• complying with legal obligations,
• if you consent, measuring and improving how the site is used.

4. Method of collection and legal bases

Your personal data is collected electronically through the website, the contact form, email and cookies. It is processed on the legal grounds in KVKK Article 5, namely the conclusion or performance of a contract, legal obligations, the establishment, exercise or protection of a right and our legitimate interests, and, for analytics cookies, your explicit consent.

Web analytics (Google Analytics 4, through Google Tag Manager) runs only if you consent in the cookie banner; without consent it is not loaded. The standalone app microsites on our domain do no measurement. You can withdraw your consent at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.

5. Transfers

Your personal data may be transferred, only as far as necessary, to email, hosting and form service providers, to a web analytics provider only if you consent, and to competent public authorities when the law requires it. Some of our service providers may have servers abroad; in that case personal data is transferred in line with the KVKK provisions on transfers abroad. We do not sell your personal data or use it for advertising.

6. Retention

Your personal data is kept for as long as the purpose requires and for the periods set by law. Correspondence is kept for 2 years from the last message. Data whose period has ended is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

7. Your rights (KVKK Article 11)

Under KVKK Article 11 you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed and to request information about it, to learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used for that purpose, to know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom it is transferred, to have incomplete or inaccurate data corrected and to have data deleted or destroyed under the conditions of the law, to have these actions notified to the third parties who received the data, to object to a result against you that arises from analysis exclusively by automated systems, and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

8. How to apply

You can send requests about your rights in writing to İçerenköy Mah. Topçu İbrahim Sk. Quick Tower No: 8-10D Ataşehir/İstanbul or to info@zenbyte.app. We conclude your application free of charge within 30 days at the latest; if the action requires additional cost, the fee in the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged. Your right to complain to the Personal Data Protection Board is reserved.

We may update this notice; the current version and its last-updated date are always published on this page.
