Website contact form

When you send a message through the contact form on www.zenbyte.app, your name, email address and message, the page you sent it from and the time of sending go to software running on our own server, which is hosted in Turkey. That software forwards your message as an email through Zoho Mail, in Zoho's data centres in the European Union, to info@zenbyte.app. The form content is not stored in a database on our server. To prevent abuse, a keyed hash of your IP address is kept for at most one hour.

We use these details only to reply to your message and to keep a record of our correspondence. The legal bases are KVKK Article 5(2)(c) for requests related to a possible contract and Article 5(2)(f) for general questions. Delivering the email through Zoho Mail involves a transfer of personal data to the European Union, which falls under KVKK Article 9.

www.zenbyte.app'teki iletişim formunu gönderdiğinizde adınız, e-posta adresiniz, mesajınız, formu gönderdiğiniz sayfa ve gönderim zamanı, Türkiye'de barındırılan kendi sunucumuzda çalışan bir yazılıma gider. Bu yazılım mesajınızı Zoho Mail üzerinden (Zoho'nun Avrupa Birliği'ndeki veri merkezleri) e-posta olarak info@zenbyte.app adresine iletir. Form içeriği sunucumuzdaki bir veritabanına kaydedilmez. Kötüye kullanımı önlemek için IP adresinizin gizli anahtarla üretilmiş bir özeti en fazla 1 saat tutulur.

Bu bilgileri yalnızca mesajınıza yanıt vermek ve yazışmalarımızın kaydını tutmak için kullanırız. Hukuki sebepler, olası bir sözleşmeyle ilgili talepler için KVKK md. 5/2-c, genel sorular için md. 5/2-f'dir. E-postanın Zoho Mail üzerinden iletilmesi kişisel verilerin Avrupa Birliği'ne aktarılmasını içerir ve KVKK md. 9 kapsamındadır.
