Privacy Policy

SellerKit ("the app", "we", "us") is a product-photo editor for online sellers. This policy explains what the app does and does not do with your information. In short: SellerKit is built to run entirely on your device, and your photos never leave it.

1. Photos you edit

All image processing — background removal, backgrounds, shadows, adjustments, badges, logos, text, resizing, and export — happens locally on your iPhone using Apple's on-device frameworks. Your photos are not uploaded, transmitted, or shared with us or any third party. They remain on your device unless you choose to export or share them yourself.

2. Photo library access

• Choosing photos. SellerKit uses the system photo picker to let you select images. This does not grant the app access to browse your library.
• Saving exports. When you save an edited image, iOS asks for add-only permission so SellerKit can write the new photo to your library. The app cannot read your existing photos through this permission.

3. Data stored on your device

Your projects, templates, saved badge packs, imported logos, and app settings are stored locally on your device. This data stays on the device, is included in your own device backups if you use them, and is removed when you delete the app. You can clear cached files at any time from Settings inside the app.

4. Purchases

SellerKit offers optional Premium plans (weekly and monthly subscriptions, and a one-time lifetime purchase) through Apple In-App Purchase. Payments are processed by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not receive or store your name, payment card, or billing details. Your subscription status is verified on your device through Apple's StoreKit and cached locally so the app works offline; it is not sent to us.

You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your Apple ID subscription settings.

5. Analytics and diagnostics

SellerKit does not collect personal information and does not transmit your photos or identity to us. If, in a future update, we include anonymous, aggregated usage statistics to improve the app (for example, counting how often an export completes), such data will contain no personal information and no photo content, and this policy will be updated to describe it.

6. Third-party services

The only third party involved in normal use is Apple, for processing In-App Purchases and for the system photo picker and save dialog. SellerKit does not integrate advertising SDKs, and it does not sell or share personal data — because it does not collect any.

7. Children's privacy

SellerKit is intended for sellers and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Your rights

Because SellerKit stores your content only on your device and does not collect personal data on a server, there is no account for us to access, export, or delete. You remain in full control: deleting the app removes its local data from your device.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
