Does Raccy upload my photos?

No. Photo-library analysis is designed to run locally on your iPhone. Raccy does not need a user account or cloud photo upload.

Where do cleaned photos go?

Photos approved for removal are moved through Apple’s Photos framework to Recently Deleted, where they remain recoverable according to your iOS settings.

Why can Raccy see only some photos?

You may have selected Limited Photo Library access. Open iOS Settings, choose Raccy, then Photos to update which items the app can access.

How do I restore a purchase?

Open Raccy, go to Me, choose Restore Purchases, and make sure you are signed in with the Apple Account used for the original purchase.

How can I report a scan problem?

Email support with your iPhone model, iOS version, and the stage where scanning stopped. Please do not send private library content.
