PDF Form Filler ("the App") is developed and operated by Gravity Code. This Privacy Policy describes how the App collects, uses, and protects your information.
1. Offline-First Design
The App is designed to work entirely offline. All PDF processing — viewing, form filling, signing, and exporting — happens locally on your device. Your documents are never uploaded to our servers or any third-party service.
2. No Account Required
The App does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal information to use its features. There is no user authentication system.
3. Data We Collect
We collect minimal, anonymized data solely to improve the App:
- Analytics (Firebase Analytics): We use Google Firebase Analytics to collect anonymized usage data such as screen views, feature usage frequency, and app crashes. This data does not include any personally identifiable information or document content. You can learn more about Firebase's data practices at firebase.google.com/support/privacy.
- In-App Purchases (Apple StoreKit): Subscription purchases are handled entirely by Apple through StoreKit. We do not collect or store any payment information. Apple's privacy policy governs all transaction data.
4. Data We Do NOT Collect
- Document content (PDFs, form data, signatures)
- Personal information (name, email, phone number)
- Location data
- Contact lists or address books
- Photos or camera data
- Browsing history
5. Document Storage
All documents and form data remain on your device. When you export or share a PDF, it is sent directly from your device to the destination you choose (email, AirDrop, Files, etc.). We have no access to your documents at any point.
6. Third-Party Services
The App uses the following third-party services:
- Firebase Analytics (Google): For anonymized usage analytics. Privacy Policy

7. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data through the App, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
8. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)
Because the App collects only anonymized analytics data and no personal information, there is minimal data subject to privacy regulations. However, you have the following rights:
- Opt out of analytics: You can limit ad tracking and analytics collection through your device's Settings > Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements.
- Data deletion: Since we do not store personal data, there is nothing to delete. Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored documents and preferences.
- Data portability: Your documents are already stored locally on your device and can be exported at any time.

9. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to ensure the security of any data processed by the App. Since documents are processed and stored locally, they benefit from the security features built into iOS, including device encryption and app sandboxing.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
