• Your Files: All files you save to File Inbox remain on your device. We never upload, access, or transmit your files to any server.
• Personal Information: We don't collect your name, email, phone number, or any other personal information.
• Usage Data: We don't track which files you save, view, or delete.
• Location Data: We don't access or collect your location.
• Contacts: We don't access your contacts or address book.

What We May Collect

If you enable analytics (via Firebase Analytics), we may collect anonymous, aggregated data to help improve the app:

• App opens and screen views (anonymized)
• Feature usage statistics (e.g., how often search is used)
• Crash reports and performance data
• Subscription status (Pro vs Free)

This data is anonymized and cannot be used to identify you personally. You can disable analytics in your device settings.

Data Storage

All data is stored locally on your device:

• Files: Stored in the app's private container on your device
• Settings: Stored locally using secure device storage
• Password: If you set a password, it's stored securely on your device using iOS Keychain

Third-Party Services

Apple App Store

If you purchase a Pro subscription, the transaction is handled entirely by Apple. We receive only a confirmation that you have an active subscription, not your payment details.

Firebase Analytics

We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage statistics. Firebase is operated by Google and is subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Since we don't collect personal data, there's nothing to share.

Data Security

Your files are protected by:

• iOS's built-in app sandboxing
• Optional password protection within the app
• Device-level encryption (if enabled on your iPhone)

Children's Privacy

File Inbox is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us.

Your Rights

Since all your data is stored locally on your device, you have full control:

• Access: View all your files directly in the app
• Delete: Delete any or all files at any time
• Export: Share files to other apps whenever you want
• Uninstall: Deleting the app removes all associated data
