The short version

  • We do not collect any personal data. No accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking.

  • If iCloud is on, the number of lives you bought is backed up to your own iCloud account. We cannot see it.
  • Purchases are handled entirely by Apple. We never see your payment details.

1. Who we are

Last Second ("the app", "the game") is published by Zenbyte ("we", "us"). This policy explains how the app handles information. It applies to the iPhone app and to this website.

2. Information we collect

None. Last Second does not collect, transmit, sell or share personal data. The app has no user accounts, no sign-in, no analytics or crash-reporting SDKs, no advertising SDKs, and it does not use the advertising identifier (IDFA). We do not track you across apps or websites.

The app does not ask for access to your contacts, photos, camera, microphone, location or any other personal information.

3. Data stored on your device

To make the game work, the app saves a small amount of game data locally on your iPhone. This data never leaves your device (except the iCloud backup described below) and is deleted when you delete the app.

DataWhy
Level progress, Endless best score, laws seenSo you continue where you left off
Free and bought lives, life refill timerThe lives system (1 free life every 4 hours)
IDs of purchases already deliveredSo a purchase is never delivered twice or lost
Settings (sound, ambience, haptics, screen shake)Your preferences

4. iCloud backup

Apple does not restore consumable purchases after you delete an app. So that you don't lose lives you paid for, the app stores two things in Apple's iCloud Key-Value Storage, inside your own iCloud account:

This data is stored and synced by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy. We have no access to it. If iCloud is turned off for the app, nothing is backed up and the app works locally only.

5. In-app purchases

The app offers one optional in-app purchase: 20 extra lives. Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your name, Apple ID, email address or payment information. Apple only tells the app that a purchase was completed (or refunded), together with an anonymous transaction ID, so the lives can be delivered.

6. Third parties

The app contains no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking services. The only external services involved are Apple's own: the App Store (purchases) and iCloud (backup described above).

7. Children

Last Second does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). Purchases on a child's device are subject to Apple's parental controls, including Ask to Buy.

8. Your choices

Because we don't hold any personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export or delete on our side. If you have questions about your rights under GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA or similar laws, contact us below.

9. This website

This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no third-party scripts or fonts. Like any website, the server that hosts it may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change how the app handles information — for example, if we ever add analytics — we will update this page and the effective date above, and update the App Store privacy details before that version is released.
