1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

Viracut does not require account creation. We do not collect your name, email address, or any personal identification information.

1.2 Photos and Videos

When you use Viracut, you grant the app access to your photo library to select media for video creation. All photo and video processing happens entirely on your device. Your media is never uploaded to our servers or any third-party service.

1.3 Music Files

If you import music from your device, the file is copied locally within the app's sandbox. Imported music files are never transmitted off your device.

1.4 Analytics Data

We use Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to collect anonymous usage data, including:

• App launches and session duration
• Template selections and export events (template ID, not your content)
• Crash reports and performance metrics
• Device type, OS version, and app version

This data is anonymous and cannot be used to identify you personally.

1.5 Purchase Information

Subscriptions are processed entirely through Apple's App Store. We do not collect or store your payment information. Apple provides us with anonymized transaction confirmations.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the limited data we collect to:

• Improve app performance and fix crashes
• Understand which features and templates are most popular
• Develop new templates and features

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. Anonymous analytics data is processed by:

• Firebase (Google) — for analytics and crash reporting
• Apple — for subscription management

These services have their own privacy policies governing how they handle data.

4. Data Storage and Security

Viracut stores project data (template selections, media references) locally on your device using the app's private storage. This data is not accessible to other apps and is deleted when you uninstall Viracut.

Exported videos are saved to your device's photo library or shared through iOS's native share sheet. We have no access to exported files.

5. Your Rights

Since we don't collect personal data, there is minimal data to manage. However, you can:

• Revoke photo library access in iOS Settings at any time
• Clear app cache from within the app's Settings screen
• Delete all data by uninstalling the app
• Opt out of analytics by disabling analytics in your device settings

6. Children's Privacy

Viracut is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with data, please contact us and we will take steps to remove it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Viracut ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Viracut is a mobile application that creates videos from user-provided photos and videos using pre-designed templates. The App processes all media locally on your device.

3. User Content

You retain all rights to the photos, videos, and music you provide to the App. By using the App, you represent that you have the right to use all media you import, including any music files. Viracut does not claim ownership of your content.

4. Subscriptions

4.1 Free Features

Viracut offers 2 free templates (Dream Flow and Story Crush) with full export capabilities and no watermark. All other templates can be previewed for free but require a Pro subscription for watermark-free export.

4.2 Pro Subscription

Pro subscription unlocks all templates, removes watermarks, and provides access to the full music library. Subscriptions are available as weekly, monthly, or yearly plans.

4.3 Billing

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

4.4 Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy. We cannot process refunds directly.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its templates, effects, music library, design, and code, is the intellectual property of SFMob. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App.

Videos you create using the App are yours. You may use them for personal or commercial purposes without attribution.

6. Music Library

The bundled music tracks in Viracut are royalty-free for use within videos created by the App. You may share and publish videos containing these tracks on social media platforms. You may not extract, redistribute, or sell the music tracks separately.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Upload or process content that infringes on others' rights
• Attempt to bypass subscription restrictions or tamper with the App
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Export results may vary depending on device capabilities and input media quality.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SFMob shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
