2. App Features
The App offers level and endless gameplay, virtual rewards, cosmetic content, and optional paid features.
3. In-App Purchases
The App may offer paid digital items. Payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refunds are governed by store policies.
4. Virtual Currency and Items
Virtual currency (such as stars) and virtual items are for in-app use only and have no real-world monetary value unless expressly stated otherwise.
5. Acceptable Use
- Do not reverse engineer or tamper with the App.
- Do not exploit bugs or bypass purchase/security mechanisms.
- Do not use automation/tools to gain unfair advantage.
- Do not use the App in violation of applicable laws.
6. Intellectual Property
All App assets, code, visuals, and audio are owned by ZenByte or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZenByte is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the App.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access when needed for legal, security, or Terms violations.
