1. Overview

LumaFit ("the App") is a home workout and weight tracking application developed by Gravity Code. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the App.

We believe your health data is deeply personal. That's why LumaFit is built as an offline-first, no-account-required application.

2. Data We Do NOT Collect

We want to be very clear about what we do not do:

• We do not collect your name, email, or any personal identifiers
• We do not collect your weight, health, or fitness data
• We do not track your location
• We do not create user accounts or profiles on our servers
• We do not sell or share any data with third parties
• We do not use advertising or ad tracking

3. Data Stored on Your Device

All data you enter in LumaFit is stored locally on your device using an encrypted local database. This includes:

• Your weight entries and goals
• Workout completion history
• Streak and progress data
• App preferences (units, reminders, language)
• Subscription status (cached locally)

This data is never transmitted to any server. If you delete the app, all data is permanently removed from your device.

4. Export & Backup

LumaFit provides a data export feature that creates a JSON file on your device. This file is generated locally and shared only through the method you choose (e.g., AirDrop, email). We have no access to exported files.

5. Analytics

We use TelemetryDeck, a privacy-friendly analytics service, to understand how the App is used in aggregate. TelemetryDeck:

• Does not collect personally identifiable information
• Does not use cookies or device fingerprinting
• Provides only anonymous, aggregated usage statistics
• Is fully GDPR and CCPA compliant

We track anonymous events such as "onboarding completed" or "workout started" to improve the App. We cannot identify individual users from this data.

6. Crash Reporting

We use Firebase Crashlytics to detect and fix technical issues. Crash reports may contain:

• Device type and operating system version
• App version and crash stack traces
• General usage state at time of crash

Crash reports do not contain your personal health data, weight entries, or any content you enter in the App.

7. Subscriptions & Payments

Subscriptions are processed entirely through Apple's App Store. We do not collect or have access to your payment information, credit card details, or Apple ID. All billing is managed by Apple according to their Privacy Policy.

8. Children's Privacy

LumaFit is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Third-Party Services

The App may use the following third-party services:

• Apple StoreKit — for subscription management
• TelemetryDeck — for anonymous analytics
• Firebase Crashlytics — for crash reporting

Each service operates under its own privacy policy. No personal health data is shared with these services.

10. Your Rights

Since we don't collect personal data on our servers, there is nothing to request, modify, or delete on our end. All your data lives on your device and is fully under your control.

You can delete all your data at any time by:

• Deleting the LumaFit app from your device
• Using the data export feature to save a backup first, if desired

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
