By downloading, installing, or using the IMPOSTER app ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
IMPOSTER is developed and published by SF Mob ("we", "us", or "our").
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
IMPOSTER is a social deduction party game designed for 3–12 players. The App is fully offline and does not require an internet connection to play. The App is available as a free download with optional premium content available via a one-time in-app purchase.
The App offers premium content packs available as a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase ("Premium Upgrade"). Details:

All content within the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game mechanics, and software — is the property of SF Mob and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Custom packs you create remain your content, but you grant us no rights to it as all data stays on your device.
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we handle data. In short: we collect no personal data, and the App works fully offline.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SF Mob shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
