Fitness ("the App") is developed by Gravity Code. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
1. Data We Collect
Data stored locally on your device
The following data is stored exclusively on your device and is never transmitted to our servers:
- User profile (height, weight, goals, fitness level)
- Workout history and session data
- Meal entries and calorie logs
- Weight and body measurement logs
- App settings and preferences
- Subscription status cache
Data processed by our servers
When you use the AI Meal Scan feature, the following data is temporarily processed:
- Meal photos: Sent to our server for AI analysis. Photos are processed in memory only and are never stored on our servers. They are discarded immediately after analysis.
Data we do NOT collect
- We do not collect your name, email, or any personal identifiers
- We do not require an account to use the app
- We do not track your location
- We do not sell any data to third parties
2. AI Meal Scanning
When you scan a meal, the photo is:
- Compressed on your device before sending
- Sent over HTTPS to our Cloudflare Worker endpoint
- Forwarded to an AI service for food analysis
- Processed in memory only — never written to disk on any server
- Discarded immediately after the response is returned
We do not store, log, or retain any meal photos.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment information, credit card details, or Apple ID. Subscription management is handled entirely by Apple's StoreKit 2 framework.
4. Data Storage & Security
All personal data is stored locally on your device using encrypted SQLite databases and iOS Secure Storage. Your subscription status is cached in iOS Keychain. We use HTTPS for all network communications.
5. Your Rights
You have complete control over your data:
- Delete all data: Go to Profile > Delete All Data to permanently erase everything
- Offline use: The app works fully offline except for the AI meal scan feature
- Since all data is stored locally, deleting the app removes all your data
6. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
7. Third-Party Services
- Apple StoreKit 2: For subscription management (governed by Apple's privacy policy)
- Cloudflare Workers: For AI meal scan processing (no data retention)
- AI Vision API: For food recognition (photos processed transiently)
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.

Terms of Service

By downloading or using Fitness ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple device you own or control, subject to the App Store Terms of Service.
2. Subscriptions
- Some features require a paid subscription ("Premium")
- Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
- No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
3. Free Features
The following features are available without a subscription:
- 8 workout programs (beginner to intermediate)
- Manual calorie tracking
- Weight logging
- Basic progress tracking
4. Health Disclaimer
The App is not a medical device. Workout programs and calorie estimates are for general fitness guidance only. Consult a healthcare professional before starting any exercise program, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions. Calorie estimates from AI meal scanning are approximate and should not be used for medical dietary planning.
5. Accuracy
We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that calorie estimates, exercise calorie burn calculations, or AI meal scan results are precise. These are estimates intended to help you track general trends.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to circumvent subscription requirements
- Abuse the AI meal scan service (rate limits apply)
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gravity Code shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
